Project Compassion

This year 天美传媒 College proudly raised awareness about the work of Caritas Australia and over $3000 for Project Compassion.

天美传媒 College鈥檚 Faith and Mission leaders planned a number of activities for the campaign centred around our 2020 school theme, 鈥淥pen Hearts, Open Hands鈥�. We pledged to commit ourselves to opening our hearts, to listening to the stories of the Project Compassion campaign and opening our hands to giving what we can to help those in need.

Highlights included:

Project Compassion Year 12 Coin Challenge

Year 12 students competed in Homerooms to see which class measured the longest line of donated coins for Project Compassion.

MacKillop Baking Fundraiser

MacKillop House was busy in the kitchen cooking up red cupcakes and selling them at lunchtime with all proceeds for the Project Compassion appeal.

Project Compassion Year 7 Family

Year 7 families cooked up a storm in the 天美传媒 kitchens, making pancakes for Shrove Tuesday fundraising.
